		<description>The thought I&#039;ve had for years is, will our efforts be too little too late? While there does seem to finally be some political will behind green initiatives, there are always those who wish to obstruct change. Witness the lack of Republican support for the Obama stimulus package. We will see if the forces for good can make an end-run around political and economic self-interest for a change. It&#039;s not really the earth at stake, after all - it&#039;s the human race that is ultimately at peril.</description>

		<description>I think we do have what it takes here in the US. People aren&#039;t always welcoming to change, but it was President Obama&#039;s slogan, and we did put him in the White House. As a Nation I think we are indeed ready.</description>
