The World Health Organization today reported that the spread of Ebola in Liberia, the country hardest hit by the virus, may be slowing, as demonstrated by the decline in burials and sickbed occupancy rates and a plateau in lab-reported new cases. However, WHO Assistant Director-General cautioned that the situation is still very dangerous.
