Dr Michal Natorski is an Assistant Professor at the United Nations University Maastricht Economic and Social Research Institute on Innovation and Technology and its School of Governance. He is also a Visiting Professor in the College of Europe (Natolin Campus). His research interests include the international diffusion of public policies, global and European development cooperation, and influence of external actors on the transformations of governance systems.
