Richard Bluhm is an Affiliated Researcher at UNU-MERIT and its School of Governance and an Assistant Professor of Macroeconomics at Leibniz University Hanover. From 2010 to 2014, he was a member of a joint research project on ‘Institutions and Growth’ initiated by the Agence Française de Developpement (AFD) and the School of Governance.
