Shom Teoh is a fellow on sustainable cities at the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES). In parallel with research, she manages financial assistance, training and networking services for ASEAN governments. She has spent the last decade visiting over 40 frontrunner cities in Southeast Asia to learn how local leaders and citizen innovators improve the quality of life in cities.
