Tendayi Bloom is a Research Fellow at the United Nations University Institute on Globalization, Culture and Mobility (UNU-GCM) in Barcelona, and a member of the recently launched UNU Migration Network. She is a legal political theorist with a particular interest in the meaning of noncitizenship.
