Yoshiaki Totoki

Yoshiaki Totoki is a Policy Researcher at the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) and served as a Task Manager for the project “Fukushima Action Research on Effective Decontamination Operations” during 2011-2013. His fields of specialization include both chemicals management and urban environmental management. He holds MSc. in Urban Environmental Management from Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand and has worked for an environmental consulting company and a biofuels-related venture company for several years before joining IGES.
